The only true non-binding model from Gold Toe

These socks are the only true non-binding model from Gold Toe that I was able to find on Amazon. All other models I have tried are way too restrictive, unlike the other Gold Toe models I have been wearing for years.

Fantastic socks -- absolutely perfect for everyday wear

Finally, I have found the perfect socks to wear with shorts. The vast majority of mini-crew / ankle length socks are considered "sport" socks and are designed for wearing during relatively brief periods of sports activities. They all have a tight elastic band at the top to keep them up during sports. They are not intended to be worn all day during normal activities. The elastic top band effectively acts like a tourniquet; definitely something you don't want applied all day. Goldtoe has created an alternative to the sport sock that is designed for all day wear. They are the absolute best socks I have ever owned. I'm so glad I found them.

disappointed

I had some gold toe socks that were really thick and comfortable.....I was hoping these might be too. They are ok...but nothing special.

Won't stay on!

Elastic is very loose. The socks did not stay on during the first wear.

Not good socks

I really wanted to like these socks. I wear a size 12 shoe. These socks are super loose and don't stay up. They are super soft too. The soft part I like but they feel weird on your feet and the not staying up part is useless. Thumbs down on these socks. Plus they are expensive. For $8 a sock I would expect a better sock

Stretches out after wearing a short time.

While soft, they stretch out and slowly slide off your feet because they are so smooth. They feel great at first until they begin to bunch up in your shoes.

They are too loose for aggressive walking.

Don't recommend unless they fix the elastic on ankle

no elasticity in the ankle so socks slide down. They are soft though.
