Seems like a good product

I would have given it a 5 star, but it had some minor scratches, so I had to remove one star for that. With that said, the overall quality seems good. I haven't used it to bake anything yet, but I'm planning to bake cheesecake soon.

Perfect Size to Make My Flan!!!

For a while now I had been making my flan in a 10" x 3" round pan. It worked well, but I needed to make the flan a bit thicker. Well the 9" x 2 1/2" fits the bill. It will make a perfect sized flan and with the non-stick coating, it will just glide right out.

Used this to make and ship a cheesecake. It did great. Would recommend...great price too.
