Perfect for smaller calves

Many of the reviews for this boot mentioned that the calf size was smaller. I have always had a hard time finding boots that didn't make it look like I was a child trying to wear her mom's shoes. These were perfect for me! I am very active, so I have a good amount of calf muscle; my lower leg is just very slim. If that's you, these really are amazing. They aren't super uncomfortable for every day things, but trying to jump around in them for a Taylor Swift concert was not ideal. The slope from heel to forefoot is decently steep, but again, for a date night or church or something, they're comfortable enough!

Pretty good, but not for everyone

I like the boots so far, but they're definitely not comfortable. They work for me, but guaranteed won't for anyone with thicker calves. I have smaller calves and have never had an issue with boots or anything else fitting over my calves, and these babies are tiiiiight and barely made it. If you have smaller calves they're awesome however because they don't scrunch down like most boots with a wider calf. Mine were scuffed in one spot upon arrival so I'll need to exchange mine out for a new pair, but that seems to be an anomaly.

A little snug but very cool

These are a little tight on my average-size calves (5'7, 145 lbs) but I get tons of compliments when I wear them with skirts. They don't work well over jeans for me but they work OK with leggings. The heel is very sturdy so I love the added height without feeling wobbly. I'm really happy with them! Great brand, great look. My only other criticism is they seem a little flimsy - the only thing that's structured is the shoe; the rest of the boot is floppy and feels a little cheap. (It doesn't stand up on its own like it does in the picture.) Absolutely NOT warm enough for really cold temperatures.

Not impressed

I love pretty much all Franco Sarto. Not impressed with these though. I ordered a half size up because of the pointy toe to avoid a squished toe box, but they were too big. So they do fit true to size. But overall quality wasn’t great and I returned them to find something better.

Most Awesome Classic Boot - not too high and not too low - calf area stretches - PERFECT!

Love this boot - comfortable and shaft is perfect for and elongates the leg! Quality and value!

Sturdy and timeless boots

Was very surprised on how high quality the boots feel. Despite the wear and tear from the rainy weather, these shoes still hold up their shape and definitely works for a lot of occasions. Would buy from this company again.

Best all around boot!

I absolutely love these boots. After breaking them in they are so comfortable and I can work in them for hours. They’re also really nice to just go out in. I will buy another pair for sure.

4 inch heels . I had to return as could not walk in them

I got these boots because I thought that they looked perfect for me and they were narrow enough on the Cavs but unfortunately the hair was too high and I could not walk in them so I could not keep them otherwise they would’ve been perfect
