It works!
I purchased a "like new" chair which arrived in original packaging, but the only defect was the box was extremely damaged. For context, I purchased an insigna sit-stand desk and this same chair, but in standard height. I mounted 2 TV"s as external secondary monitors complimentary to the desk's fully raised standing height -and then noticed that the monitors were too high to comfortably view at the lowered sitting height. Enter this chair. Easy to assemble, comfortable, and for less than $150, value can't be beat. At it's fully raised height, I can sit comfortably at my desk, and it is a short hop (I'm 5'5) down to stand. I would recommend purchasing a chair mat if you are planing to use this chair on a hard surface to limit rolling. TLDR: Great chair for standing/counter height workspaces.

Mostly very good
Good after a month of use - my only complaint is that the seat material doesn’t breath and I get a bit sweaty.

Nice Chair for the Cost
I’ve had my chair for 9 months now. I actually had to return my first one right away because it was damaged and could not be assembled. Amazon was amazing replacing that chair, and I have enjoyed this chair (I use it almost every day for 8+ hours since I work from home). The gas piston did fail after 9 months, but I replaced it with a new piston that cost $30, and I think I’ll be able to continue enjoying the chair for at least a few years.

Worth the buy, and worth the try!
Here’s the jawn. * Speedy shipping. * Packed extremely well - each piece was nicely bubble wrapped and separated with cardboard in the box. * Assembly instructions - deducted a star. See pic. Tough to follow. No written instructions - just the pictures. Thankfully, I read the reviews before I purchased this item. They were in my head while I was assembling, and that helped a lot! If you can have someone ready to assist with assembling the arms of the chair, please do. You will thank me later. It was tough aligning the screws by myself at this part. * The Allen wrench (provided) is the only tool needed to assemble this chair. * It took me about an hour, taking my time with the directions & the assembly. OVERALL: A very solid, quality chair. I look forward to giving it a workout with 10-12 hour business days from home during Covid. Comfort & back support are key. If my expectations do not meet my goals with this chair, I will update my review. I am hopeful, though!

Seat cushion not comfortable
I've had this chair for about a week. As a 6 foot 200 pound man, I find the seat cushion to be quite uncomfortable after a few hours. I held out and paid more for a quality chair with "leather". While I like nearly everything else about it, I'm not impressed with the quality of foam within seat cushion. It fully compresses quickly leaving no cushion for the bum. My bum feels as if it's sitting at the base of whatever the cushion sits on. I feel I need an additional cushion on top to make it comfortable but then I've defeated my purpose of getting "leather". Has me concerned about how long this chair will last. UPDATE: I'm into this five months now and it really isn't a comfortable chair for me at 6'0. I wish the bottom seat would adjust forward/backwards to help support the rest of my upper leg. My upper legs get quite uncomfortable from the seat hitting where it hits. ...and still not impressed with the comfort of the cushion.

Low/High Chair
It's a chair, not much to say about it, it goes as low as desk height, and as high as drafting table height, so if that's what your after, you're in luck! Go purchase this chair, my office has purchased several for the coworkers.

Great chair, good features, good quality.
I built a taller gaming desk and needed a teller chair with retractable arms and that can still tilt back. Very few options that have all of these attributes. This chair meet all the criteria. It's well made, nit sure why people would say otherwise. I had one small issue with one of the screw holes not being tapped all the way, they sent me a new seat so I didn't have to send back the entire chair. Great customer support.
