Item not as pictured, bad quality!

First off, who posts a Tshirt for sale without a size chart?! How do you know what size it is? Second, the Charmander on the Tshirt is almost as big as the whole Tshirt and the quality of it is bad! Also, the Charmander isn't even centered on the Tshirt! I should say that it did arrive promptly. Needless to say, i will be returning it. I'm sure once i wash it, the Charmander will probably start peeling off. For reference, i purchased size "S" which i would say is equivalent to size 6 for kids.
