Smells great and cleans well

I’ve used this product in a salon before and loved it. I was happy to find it as I’m now grooming on my own. It smells fresh and clean and being hypoallergenic, it’s easy for the pet and people. Never had any issues with any type of hair coat. Just make sure you rinse any type of shampoo on your pets well as it can cause hot spots. Leaves your pampered pet super clean. You can dilute it or use it straight up. Great product and highly recommend!

Have bought many but this one was water down as ever. Do I need to switch products? I hope not.....

Been buying this product for a few years and did not expect it to be watered down as this was. Usually the product is amazing but not this time. I am almost willing to to return it just because it is not what I am used to......

Smells Wonderful and Left my Dogs Fur Feeling So Soft

My dog has allergies and needs to be washed weekly, most shampoos are just too harsh. I tried this after seeing all the great reviews and couldn't be happier. The feel of it is so different from other shampoos, it's silky feeling and it leaves the fur feeling similar, and so soft ! I loved that I didn't need to be worried about getting it in his eyes I could wash his face well . He looks so beautiful, his coat soft and fluffy, his face so clean. Fantastic product

I am allergic to everything

My groomer used this, she tried it undiluted in her eye and that's how she decided on it for her shop. I tolerate washing dogs in it and it's mild fragrance.

I use this in my shop on any coat type. It has a mild, almost baby powder scent. It normally dilutes 16 to 1, but where I am in Southern California we have very hard water and it dilutes about 8 to 1 for me. I do have to lather and rinse really stinky dogs a few times. It makes the dogs coat very soft and shiny which is great for drop coated breeds ( breeds that need fluff, I use a different shampoo). My hands never get chapped even when using it a lot, and I usually don't need to use a separate conditioner.

Easily Washed Out

My dog is allergic to everything and all shampoos that I have ever used on him. This is the only shampoo that I have found that does NOT give my dog hives. It makes him smell good and makes his fur soft to the touch. It keeps him as clean as possible for the giant dirt ball that he is. My groomer is the one that uses this and got me turned on to it. I highly recommend for any dog with sensitive skin. The only thing is to make sure you keep the animal wet or wash and rinse just one side at a time. This soap does dry fast. Suds super easy and makes a nice rich lather.

Best shampoo, can not beat it

I am a pro groomer and this is the only shampoo I will use - however my last auto shipment arrived missing a cap to the bottle and the only thing holding the soap inside was the foil protective cap.. very odd. I use a pump so it doesn’t matter to me but I could see it being an issue to some. Otherwise it’s the best. It smells great, doesn’t cause reactions in people sensitive to scent, washes clean easily, leaves hair soft and clean feeling/smelling, and even my most sensitive allergy dogs tolerate it fantastic.

Best shampoo ever, I've never had a dog have a problem with it. I have been using it in my grooming business for over17 years. Only shampoo I use.

No tears

Love this shampoo, I only buy tearless, as I worry I might get the shampoo in their eyes my shih Tzu’s are 3 yrs old now, it leaves a their coats like belt

Superb buy!

I use this on my very hairy Shih Poo. Because it is so gentle I am able to wash him every week. He smells lovely and it really doesn't sting his eyes. Buying the larger carton was better value for money.

Nice Hypo allergenic shampoo

Shampoo has a pleasant mild scent and is thick so you can dilute it so it goes a long way. Also one of the more affordable shampoos on the market. Will definitely order again.

It's super concentrated, so it will last a long time. Smells great too!
