At least one blade doesn't make reliable contact. And I'm pretty sure the problem is this plug because, first, the socket is from Bryant and it works fine with another plug, from Hubbell.

Check the configuration prong shape thoroughly.

Need a twist plug for my corded lawnmower. I didn’t realize that one of the prongs bent inwards and the other side is bent outwards. Rather than returning it, I will just buy the other half with the correct alignment.
