Excellent workmanship

Bought four of these to finish the pergola I built and cannot be happier with the quality and the finish of each of them. They will not only complete my pergola but add to the strength and beauty of it. We are finishing them with black stain which is a shame because a clear finish would of enhanced the few knots in them. Very very happy.

Cracked wood

One piece arrived with the wood cracked. Have to use wood glue and screws to hold it since it took a while to receive these in the first place.

Banged up, otherwise acceptable.

These arrived packaged well. I ordered three. All were in one box, each was wrapped in plastic, with large pieces of shredded cardboard for internal padding. Upon unwrapping, several flaws were seen. One had a chip off the corner, one had dents/scrapes, and each of them had poor wood filler applied. I'm putting them under a counter, so can hide the glaring flaws, but other buyers may want to proceed with caution if they intent to install these in prominent locations.

Glue Galore

I ordered 3 of these. Shipping was fast. Two appear to be of decent quality but one had tons of some substance that I can only describe as glue oozing from it. I had to scrape off as much as possible, then try to sand it. I never could get it all off. Paint will not take in any of those areas. I will have to contact this seller for a replacement or refund. For the cost, I expected more.
