My son loves this bike!
I bought the 18" yellow bike for my 7-year-old son. He loves it and thinks the color and design is super cool. He especially likes the handlebar rev and the hand brake, which makes him feel grown up. For now he rides with training wheels. Some things to note - assembly took a couple hours. The hand brake needed some adjustment. The tires arrived completely flat, but that wasn't a problem for me because I have a bike pump. My son is 45" tall, and he needs the seat at the lowest setting. To put it on the lowest setting, you have to remove the rear reflector. It can be put back on as you raise the seat. Also, the turbo rev accessory is connected to the right handlebar grip. This means if you want to remove it, you would need to buy a new grip to replace it. In addition, the grip itself is plastic, not rubber, so it feels different from the left handlebar grip (which is rubber as I would expect). So, all in all it seems to be a good bike so far, and my kid loves it. But I think eventually I will need to buy a new hand grip. Be prepared to put air in the tires when you start assembly.

Difficulties assembling.
One of the first steps was to take off a plastic cap and something happened where ours wouldn’t come off and had gotten pushed too far down and triggered the piece to expand in the plastic cap. We had to break the cap off slowly and carefully piece by piece. The bike did not come with an Allen wrench to put together (luckily we already had one). The revving handlebar needed a new battery right when we opened it (but thankfully worked once we switched out the battery). The break pads were not aligned properly and were very difficult to adjust. The training wheels did not lift up for some reason and were also difficult to adjust so there was equal distance from the ground on both sides. Overall, the bike was a huge success. Once it was put together, there have been no issues so far and we would definitely purchase again. I would just recommend the company gets better quality control on parts and provide the Allen wrench that is needed.

One of the few 18 inch bikes with a creative design
My 5 year old got too big for his 16 inch bike, and I wanted to get an 18 inch bike. I searched a long time, looking at bike shops, outdoor gear shops, and superstores. I could not find an 18 inch bike that had a design on it that wasn't like a regular bike. My son loved his Captain America bike (his younger brother did too, and he wanted it), so I figured that I would need to buy another bike that interested our oldest son if I was to get him to leave the smaller bike behind. I had shown him some really nice regular bikes, but he did not really like them. I even thought about buying a nice single color bike that I could then turn into a Darth Vader or Stormtrooper bike. because I was getting desperate. Then I came across this bike. I showed it to him, and he said he wanted it. It was the first bike that he said he wanted, and I had already shown him like 15-20 other bikes over the course of weeks of looking. I purchased it quickly as there were only 3 left, and am glad I did. It was easy to put together, the coloring of the flat black with the shinny yellow really make it pop (my son did not want to put the foam wrapping on it because it looked so nice), and the rev grip is awesome (I had to buy one for my younger child - I reviewed that grip as well, but this one is definitely nice in my opinion). Having adjustable height training wheels is nice too (but does seem standard). What I REALLY LIKE is that this bike can be stopped with both a hand break and by doing the reverse pedal. On his old bike, my son learned to break using the reverse pedal. This one has that, but also has a hand break. When he rides this bike, I have him practice using the hand break so that he will be ready in the future for a larger bike with multiple gears that does't have the reverse pedal break. This is great. I also set the seat stem at the lowest height (with the rear reflector on it) and it fit perfectly, so at least height-wise, I think this is good long term (couple of years). I like everything about this bike, but I will say that the handlebar break definitely needed adjusting, and I wish it came with some grease for the seat and handle bar stems (I mean they oil up parts, why couldn't they have it pre-greased or add a little pack of grease?). I feel those are the two things that were lacking, but I think that these are pretty standard bike maintenance issues with any bike you buy (just be prepared to do both). An awesome buy, and I think that this will provide years of riding (until 7 plus), and if he wants the front plastic removed, or the rev grip taken off, they can easily be removed and it will still look nice after the novelty of a "kids" bike has disappeared (if it gets to that).

Great little bike.
The front tire is bent! After I had it all assembled and took it out (after Christmas) i was able to see the tire was bent. I wasn't going to take it apart and return it, plus I no longer had the packaging. It's more annoying than anything; the level my son is at for riding, it works just fine.

muy buena calidad
excelente terminado de la pintura, los colores, trae en el manubrio un como cronometro con luz y sonido de auto, y otro boton de sonido de arranque que entretiene y le da un plus al niño, buena calidad de llantas, armado rápido pero hay que hacerlo a detalle, los pedales al colocarlos da mucho trabajo es algo "tricki" como dice el manual pero de que se logra se logra, mi hijo esta fascinado con su regalo. gracias amazon!! ademas llegó super rápido en una caja no muy grande y muy bien empacado es bastante durable

Decent little bike
The bike was fairly easy to put together, even without directions (the bike comes mostly assembled). The brake is a little loose but can be tightened (it does loosen over time). The bike is sturdy and my four year old son definitely likes the looks of it. However, the bike is quite heavy and difficult to maneuver uphill.

tuvo 2 años de uso rudo y no se desgasto más que la llanta trasera, si vale la pena puesto que es de buena calidad tiene 2 tipos de frenos uno de mano y el otro en los pedales. Llego a tiempo pero no viene armada por lo que si requiere herramientas para el ensamblado
