Much better that stock shoe soles

I will be buying these again and again for my shoes. They are so comfortable and long wearing.

Seems good. Second one I have had.

I put these in a pair of extra wide walking shoes and they fit good in those wide shoes and they give me added cushioning for my knees. I had a knee replacement on one knee and the other is not good either.

I can't believe it. It actually works.

I didn't expect much after trying some unbranded soles. I have a knee that had meniscus and acl reconstruction done to it. Ever since then it's never been the same and as time goes by I can feel my meniscus wearing away and the two bones grinding at the joint. My patella tendon is very stiff and is uncomfortable when I have to knee down, bend down, and even when going down to sit. It, too, is getting stiffer every year unfortunately. Due to my right knee being weak I now use my left knee too much. Overbearing it and causing it to wear down quicker. Well I put these suckers in my sneakers and it really works. It somehow takes away all the weight off the knees. My injured knee almost feels like new and I can't feel the grinding, crackling, and the stiffness is reduced to less than half! It feels like I'm walking on clouds. Realistically it feels like I'm walking on tempur-pedic mattress with extra gel feel to it. Get a few and put them in your shoes and boots that you wear the most. These will be going into my running sneakers and working boots. They are way too soft for weight lifting, though I will try that out too. The only con is I don't know how long they will last. Also could be a bit cheaper.

Always great dr Scholl's insoles.

These work great. They are a little softer in the heel, which possibly helps with knee pain and they do help. I have prescription and not prescription insoles and these work better then any of those for a fraction of the cost. However, Dr. Scholl's also makes the Athletic series Running insoles and I find those to be slightly better than these in every way.

Gets rid of knee pain in under two days but...

You do have to buy a new pair of these every three weeks or so depending on how often you use them. I am on my feet for several hours every day so I have to buy these every month because the quality of it deteriorates in under a month. It might get a little expensive in the long run but we are talking about my knees here so I don't mind spending the money to preserve the health of my knees. If you're on your feet a lot you might also want to invest in a bit more money on better quality sneakers as well.

Works for recovery - not for performance

Originally bought the product as a general performance insole to assist with runners knee and found that to completely not work (no pain in knee, but new pain in feet due to discomfort of insole). Confirming I did remove the previous insole and cut to size in accordance with guidelines. This got me to thinking the insole may not be performance oriented, and switched it to a shoe I use on recovery days/not running. Seems to improve overall knee pain, but just a bit disappointed that it would not work for performance when “runners knee” support was shown on product. Still works and functions for an everyday insole!

Ehh, definitely didn't live up to the description

My husband has bad knees and is a mechanic so on his feet all day (and sometimes night). When we saw these insoles he was very hopeful that they would alleviate some of his pain. Unfortunately they didn't do anything for his pain. Actually when you add in the discomfort in his feet from these insoles his pain got worse. We ended up buying a pair of dollar general brand insoles that helped his pain and are way more comfortable than these were. I wouldn't buy these again. But, everyone's feet are different so these may work for some people. My husband has really flat feet so that may be why these didn't work for him.

Cumple totalmente su propósito.

Peso 120 kilos y me sirvió. Ya No me duele la planta del pie. Con algunos zapatos me dolían la rodillas El día que me las puse me ayudó a disminuir Considerablemente el dolor. Estoy super satisfecho. Hay que usar calcetín delgado, no uses calcetín grueso. Lee bien para que necesitas la plantilla Esta es genial para dolor de rodillas y dolor de rodillas para corredor. Genial.

Not worth it

Not at all worth ₹3000. Doesn't help in any way. Such a waste of money.
