great placemats for the price

Our previous pvc placemats were lighter in color and had a tendency to stain with red sauces. These have held up and show no stains or even signs of wear really. They're not waterproof, but the weave is tight enough to catch water for a little bit to give you time to clean up a drop or spill. They're pretty thin, so I wouldn't trust them to protect against heat. Always use a trivet instead.

Hard to clean

These placements are cute but food makes it’s way through the holes and the placemat must be lifted up and cleaned and the table must be wiped off.

Not a True Sage

These look like nice napkins. They are NOT sage green and I need a true sage green. I returned them WITH EASY. It was a great return experience AND...then the funds were readily available to purchase exactly what I ended up wanting (I had to go to black linen due to nothing came as a true sage). No worries, I love the black linen placemats and napkins.

Very nice quality and color

Haven’t used these yet but it’s clear that these placemats are well made and will be easy to clean. They arrived packaged flat, so no curls or folds-perfect. And the green color is lovely. I’ll use these at Christmas, but the color lends itself to warm weather dining as well.

Elegant yet practical

Upon receipt I immediately ordered another set. I love these placemats!! The dark gray goes perfectly on my black table. They wash like a dream and dry nearly instantly compared to their cloth cousin of yesterday. They don't slip around or stain. Pure genius.

Beautiful AND functional!

I thought I wanted place mats made of natural fibers, but I loved the textured look of these, and have the coordinating napkins so thought I'd give them a shot-- glad I did! These are the ones we reach for consistently. You can't beat how easy these are to just wipe-clean. They look beautiful, and are still kid-friendly with ease of cleaning. Pleasantly surprised!
