great gift

I gave this to my son for Christmas. I tried to get the pens that are pictured with it, but they were out, so I got several of the individual knight-themed pens. He put them on his desk at work and really enjoys them. The item is solid and heavy, which I like. It's bigger than I thought it would be, which I also like. The bottom is covered with felt to prevent it from scratching surfaces where it is placed. I have only positive things to say about this product. I'm very satisfied with it, and I'm glad I bought it.

Recipient Was Happy!

I bought this and the matching pen set as a gift for my husband...he liked both. If you like the way the helmet looks on the website, you will probably like it in person, as it appears very true to the picture. The pens (about equivalent to the size of most standard pens) fit in almost exactly as pictured (we have 5 pens in ours and there is still room to add a few more). This is a solid, somewhat heavy piece...seems good quality for the price. It also has felt covering the bottom to protect furniture. Yay! :)

Very Nicely Done

Very well designed; on my desk and looking great. Fairly good size and sturdy. Does NOT come with pens so you will need to purchase these separately. Then it becomes pricey. Ordered one pen but it was received damaged so jury is out on that product. Will look great by itself as it shows good quality of the workmanship and materials. Thank you.

Wonderful and Unique Desk Accessory for the Knight in Your Life!

This heavy and well-made penholder is highly detailed and accurate. It has a felt bottom, which is a nice finishing touch. This desk accessory does not come with the pens that are shown in the picture, but it is worth the price by itself. The pens shown, as well as Design Toscano CL943711 Medieval Templar Knights Pen Collection are the perfect addition to this perfect gift.

I like it.

Mine does not look as rustic as the paint job in the photo. Mine looks too clean. Still looks cool. One of the gold rivet imitations did not mold, so they they just put a gold dot. No 3D rivet. lol. Maybe it's just mine though.

Knight's Templar Helmet Desk Accessory

I love this helmet! It's bigger than I thought it would be and it holds quite a lot. It matches my collection of medieval items nicely. Note: It does not come with the pens! I was reading some reviews from people who were disappointed and thought I might make that clear. Just because the picture shows the pens, doesn't mean it comes with them. Please read the description of the item before purchasing!
