Dribblers only. NOT for incontinence.

These look so nice, and are great for occasional dribblers. But when things get a little more serious, they fail completely. DryDirect brand or Tranquility will give you confidence for 6-8 hours, while Depends might last all of 2 or 3. The difference in cost is quickly made up in quantities used (8-10 daily for Depends, 4-5 for DryDirect) plus the time and money spent for endless laundry. Not to mention the stress of worrying about failure when away from home. I can’t believe we went over a year before finding alternatives, and often think of my dad, who spent his last 10 years in an endless search to remedy his problems with these big name brands that just don’t work.

Looks just like real underwear

One thing I appreciate about Depend as a brand is their commitment to providing incontinence products that look and feel like regular underwear. The Real Fit briefs are designed to look like regular men's briefs, which helps my son feel less self-conscious about wearing them. The waistband is also comfortable and doesn't dig in, which is important for all-day wear. The only downside to these briefs is the price. They are more expensive than other brands we've tried, but the quality and performance make them worth the investment. Plus, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my son is protected and comfortable is priceless.

Great For Special Needs Teenagers

Even though our special need teenager son is potty, it is a great back up for the rare but occasional accident.

My husband won’t let me buy anything but these for him. Every other product is inferior compared to these.

Absorbent pads are great. Elastic around waist tends to wear out and roll after not much use.

Love these. I have tried several brands. They all leaked so bad. These have a good fit and we have had very little leakage.

Please stick to ONE PRICE, it seems every month it's a different price, Last month it was $67 this month it's $75. this is very TIRESOME not knowing the price from month to month.

They only lose a star because I just don’t like needing them.

Far beyond my expectations for maintaining my dignity in public. When it comes right down to it, that’s what we really want at this stage of the game. I’m recovering post prostate cancer surgery as I’m sure is the case with a fair number of men needing these. Hopefully not a permanent need but, for as long as necessary, they do allow me to get back to an active and social life without concern of embarrassment.

Best for comfort and price!

After a number of surgeries I ended up having to use these for bladder control or lack thereof. I have tried everything out there and these are by far and away the best. I've tried everything, I have only found these at Amazon as well. The price is excellent and the snug fit is very subtle. Best deal out there in my opinion.

Disappointed

Found this particular pack of Depend Real Fit very skimpy compared to the ones received in previous orders. New suppliers? If so, get rid of them. Maximum Absorbency is not factual.

Doesn’t stop leaks from full bladder release

Works great for dribbles, squirts and small bladder releases. But a larger volume release will leak. It can leak through anywhere, including front pad, when having a larger volume. I wouldn’t call these maximum absorbency, not even close.
