Makes for a great shower!

This high-quality, durable showerhead will last a lifetime and produces the most comforting rain pattern I have experienced. It's a winner in my book, and I look forward to many years of soothing showers.

Great quality rainfall shower head.

I originally ordered another, cheaper, Delta rainfall head from another company and then sent it back due to cheap quality. So I was pleased when I received this one because it seems to be very well made and looks great. This one is probably twice the weight of the other model due to metal construction vs. plastic. And the weight (about 2.5 lbs.) poses no problem at all on the structural integrity of the included mounting arm. It puts out a high volume of water and rinses shampoo out really well. I feel like it may be slightly overpriced for what it is, but I would definitely buy again due to the poor quality of some other alternatives.

Didn't work for us.

Didn't end up working out for us. Very low water pressure even after removing the flow restrictor. We tried to use this on a standard shower arm instead of the one that came with it because the connection was too low to be able to stand under it with the extended straight arm. There just wasn't enough pressure to fight gravity when this is installed at an angle, so we returned it. Could be good if you want a gentle rainfall shower and are able to install it so it is directly above you.

Delta Customer Service is HORRIBLE

I recommend trying to reach Customer Service before you buy any product from ANY company. If you want to call Delta customer service, you may end up waiting an hour on the phone. I've waited 40 minutes or more on previous calls, and I'm on a call right now - the estimated wait time is one hour and 6 minutes, all the while a recording keeps repeating "Your call is important to us". Well, dang, how important is it? I have an unresolved issue with Delta and was told to talk to Melissa, a supervisor, and when I tried to call her, Customer Service would not let me talk to her. They rudely said THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED, but it isn't. I will never buy Delta again.

Fantastic shower head

Everything we were hoping for and more. Yes, an expensive rain shower head but the quality is superior to all of the cheap models you can get at the local hardware stores. I was skeptical about spending so much especially since we needed 2 but I am so glad we did. The water volume and quality of the nozzles will make it worth it for years to come. We mounted them from the ceiling with the 9" straight arm.

It is a good product and overall quality but the price. You pay more than double than the similar product under different names.

Luxury with practicality

We have hard water so the non-clog feature is a plus and beats trying to soak out deposits. Additionally we needed a directed water flow to reduce deposits on our glass door. The Delta lifetime guarantee is reassuring since we've already needed to change out several fixtures (5 year-old model home). Luxury: the rain shower is great and gives us a spa-effect. Nothing compares. It's expensive but well worth the cost.

Great for doorless shower enclosures. Excellent quality.

Love this showerhead. Low profile. Rain comes down as rain and not as a combination of rain and solid stream - like other rain heads I have seen. Installs easily. Great way to get rain look and feel without having to move plumbing or dig into your ceiling. Bought a 2nd for another bathroom. Keeps water from spraying outside our doorless shower enclosure.
