Comfort slipper

Bought this to replace a similar one that I had for a long time. This is just as comfortable

Super hard sole loudly makes “CLOP CLOP” noise ????

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t notice it on the carpet but on wood or even the concrete driveway- it make a loud CLOP CLOP -like hard sole dress shoes. I have had several “outdoor” slippers in the past (and still have) that are basically silent to walk in- but these are like tap dance slippers ????. This is the first pair of slippers I ever had that I would classify as: LOUD. I got’m for 12$ so I guess their ok otherwise- but price fluctuates up to 45

Weird sizing

Got this for my dad, but they were too big. Not sure when you’re supposed to wear these or who they are for.

Very comfortable but a little tight

I ordered these slippers in a size 8 as I wear that size for shoes. They are very comfortable slippers but are a little too tight in the toe area. They could be a little wider in that area to make them more comfortable. If you are going to order these, I would recommend going 1 size up from your shoe size to compensate for the toe tightness.

Nice slippers, run narrow

These are nice slippers. The most surprising thing for me what that they are real suede; didn't expect that at this price point. More about the slippers. - Real suede. As mentioned before this is the real pro for these slippers. I have a pain of faux suede slippers from another brand and these are much higher quality. - Fit. On the narrow side. I'm a 9W that generally buys a 9.5 when a shoe doesn't come in wide. The mediums being a 9-10 should have fit very nicely width wise and a touch long in the length. Length wise, these are long-ish and at first my heel was slipping out. After breaking them in a bit my heel doesn't slip out but I still feel the narrowness of the foot bed. It's not uncomfortable but it is noticeable. - Warmth. Mid-range. Light sherpa lining and leather upper make for a slipper that is much warmer than a pair of socks or other lightly lined slippers but not as much as my Sorel wool fleece lined slippers, which are just ovens outside of the dead of winter. - Insole cushioning. Very comfortable with a nice spring to them. Should last a while. - Rubber outsole will also increase longevity as well as traction if wearing them outside. All in all, very slippers that should last linger than a couple winters though do not that they run to the narrower end of the "universal fit" spectrum.

Nice, but not $60 Nice

These are nice more outdoor than indoor moccasin style shoes. They are an interesting blend of not quite full outdoor but a little heavier duty than I like my indoor footwear to be. So if that’s what you’re looking for, these are it. I where slippers 360 days a year, so I wear a lot of slipper type footwear and these are exceptional, not the warmest, but a nice summer shoe. They are very comfortable, my foot runs a little wide, and these adapted to my foot really well. They are on the premium side price wise, and you get a premium shoe for the price. The materials all seem very nice, the construction is first rate and they are extremely comfortable.

Comfortable, but a bit too loose for me.

I generally like these moccasins. They are more than comfortable and soft and easy to wear. I may have misjudged the size as they are probably one-half size too large, so they tend to slide off the back of my heel when I'm walking around. If I wore them with socks, I am sure that would make a difference, but that is not why I got them. They can be tightened some with the rawhide laces and perhaps as they age, the laces will be a bit more responsive to my tightening efforts.

My new go to lounging footwear!

I received this item free as an Amazon Vine reviewer and this is my honest review. I only request items I will actually use, and use I do, prior to writing a review. I only get one day off a week, Sunday. And on that day, I am in my comfy clothes and slippers and on the couch most of the day. My existing slippers were starting to look a bit tattered, so these Dearfoam slippers were prime candidates to audition for my new lounge footwear. Let’s start with the packaging. They come in a plastic bag, tied together with hang tags. If you are going to gift these, you will probably need a box to wrap them in. I wear a size 12 shoe but have always found most slippers to run a bit small, especially with socks on. I ordered these in XL, which the manufacturer says will fit a size 13-14. I don’t have these in a size large to compare, but I can say with socks on, these are comfortable and without socks, they fit a bit loose, but very wearable. My suspicion is that a large, which they say is a size 11-12, would be a bit tight for a size 12 foot. These are an attractive slipper. I opted for the heather grey color (pictured). The sole is adequate for outdoor use with enough grip to keep you from slipping on a wet concrete garage floor (pictured) but I would not take these on an outdoor trek much further than the mailbox at the end of the driveway. Where these slippers really shine is the innersole. Dearfoam calls these “Energy Return Comfort”. The innersole is removable. Flip it over and it looks like the outside of some alien egg (pictured). But put the insert back in the slipper and slide them on your feet and you sink into a nice bit of “ahhhh”. These are very comfortable and provide a good amount of support. These are the most supportive and shock absorbing slipper I have ever worn. Another nice design feature is the leatherette pad on the back of the heel (pictured). These should help with durability especially if you use the toe on heel way of removing your slippers. Now, after finding out that these Dearfoam slippers my new comfy slippers, I am heading back to the couch. As I do at the end of all my reviews, I ask myself if I would actually purchase this item. Yes, I would, these are very nice slippers.
