Great Line For tTolling

I do a lot of Salmon Fishing and recently switched over to braided line. The line does not have as much water resistance while trolling as monofilament so trolls better. Most of the charter boats use this line now. Caught 4 Salmon and 2 striped bass so far so it works.

Breaks easily

This line is very thin and is super slick. I lost two fishes while fishing for salmon today. They were not even big ones maybe 10-15# max. Once I switched to a different reel, all the fishes made it to the boat. Too much wax and the fact that this line is so thin, makes it easy to slip out of knots. I lost $30 of terminal tackle & a fish each time it broke. It is coming off the reel and going back.

Although I worry that this line breaks right at it's advertised load, as opposed to some braided lines that test much higher than advertised, this is by far the limpest and thinnest one I've fished
