Soft and light

It's 16 inches tall, not the 18 inches advertised. Otherwise I like it so far. Easy to assemble, light to move around, soft fabric and pillow top. Might try some spacers to screw above the legs if the height becomes annoying.

Looks nice but very lightweight

It looks nice, comfortable and was easy to set up. But it’s very lightweight so not sure yet how durable it is.

Durable, Reliable, and stylish ????

If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, durable, ottoman, get this one. I had this for over 3 months, and even with kids jumping all over it, this ottoman still survived. I will purchase another one to make my house more fabulous!!!

Second times a charm!

In all honestly, the first ottoman I received had a defect and I couldn't install the 4th leg. I contacted the company and they IMMEDIATELY got back to me and shipped me a replacement. Now that I have the ottoman (plus the defected one I'll see if I can fix and also keep), I LOVE it. The tufted top is so soft and squishy. It's pretty good quality and adorable in my house. This company nailed it.

Cute, but poorly constructed and didn’t last.

This is a really nice Ottoman and I'm glad that I purchased it. It was extremely simple to assemble and I really like the design of the legs. The color is exactly as pictured and it's a darker grey. The pillow top makes it quite soft so it's not hard on your legs when using it. It's more comfortable than I anticipated. Over all a good purchase. After a few weeks it became clear the item is pretty cheaply made. The legs are not sturdy and that makes it pretty useless. This was minimally used but two legs bent so badly they could not be repaired or straightened. I would not recommend this.
