Great base but rubber on wheels don’t last

Make it very easy to move umbrella around. Only problem is the rubber on the wheels don’t last. I’ve bought a few of these bases and each base has lost the rubber portion of the wheels.

Came broken, but Amazon replace it

It is heavy and stable, so that is good and it fits our needs, which is to anchor umbrellas. We ordered two, but one came broken and look like it got dropped on the corner, which shattered. We managed to package it back up and return it through UPS. The replacement was fine, however, the plastic fitting was a bit cock-eyed with the plastic piece not fitting correctly. I did not mount the wheels as we live in a high wind area and even the closed umbrella catches air. I did not want to have it sail across the decking and into the pool. It is more stable without the wheels. It does have nice handles to make it easier to move a short distance. For storage I use a dolly to move it as it is 80 lbs. Overall it does the job.

Does the trick if you want a rolling umbrella

Happy with the umbrella stand: i like the color; the wheels lock; the base is heavy enough to combat wind; no damage to the base when delivered. BUT the pole adapter rings were packed inside the pole holder and i couldn't get them out. had to contact customer service, explain, send pics. Customer service did resolve the problem by sending me replacement parts within a week. We needed an umbrella base that would roll across uneven concrete and bricks to block the sun in different areas of our back yard throughout the day. This base does the job.

It’s extremely heavy

I wanted a base that would not blow over when the wind is strong. My umbrella isn’t in a table, it is free standing so at 80 pounds it should stay up. With the wheels it’s easy to move around

Disaster

This umbrella stand came to me broken in pieces and is irreparable. It is an 80 lb product. There is no way I can get this to an Amazon center for a refund. No sturdiness at all, and so poorly packaged. Please credit my account and remove this from my house. Thanking you in advance, Gail Berman

Arrived damaged, cracked in half.

This manufacturer does not package their product very well , esp reading I’d the other damaged deliveries (or shippers are too reckless, not sure). Either way I’m very disappointed considering how much this cost, how heavy it was just to get in the house, how little manufacturer seem to care about their product arriving safe and undamaged.

Damaged items should not be delivered!

The item was delivered damaged and broken. The box was busted up sitting by my back door. It is far too heavy for me to pick up let alone move. There is no way to return this item. Please refund my money ASAP. Thank you.
