Cheap, poorly manufactured materials

Out of the box, the foot bar was a piece of split wood and needs to be replaced (there is no information about how I can request replacement parts). The dowel used to attach the legs to the brace did not fit and needed to be filed in order for it to fit. Overall, very disappointed. Ordered two sets of 2 chairs. Only assembled two chairs so far and both of them are damaged from cheap, poorly manufactured party and/or quality control.

Very nice counter stools

The chairs took a while to assemble but all parts required were there:). The nail heads are not as big as I thought they would be but overall we really like the chairs. They are comfortable and look nice.

So comfortable and packaging was good. Product came in good condition. Just waiting on the other set. They only shipped 1 set.

Poor quality

The nailheads have rusted after 2 months on all 4 chairs. Why would you not use galvanized nails?? Some of the nailheads are silver and some of them are now orange from the rust.

Awful instructions, wobbles AND pieces arrived broken

The instructions are awful/non existent, multiple pieces were broken or didn’t fit right, couldn’t get the chair to not wobble due to the poor construction. Would not recommend, though the chair itself is comfortable and looks nice.

Counter Stools A Perfect Solution

The pair of Harman counter stools came exactly as described. They were easy,to assemble, the appropriate height for counter seating and are comfortable with good support for the lower back. We are very pleased with this economical addition to our open concept kitchen/gathering room.
