No auto setting

Good for my furries
We have 2 furry friends and this kept them busy for quite a while. It is fairly well made and the movement kept my kitties guessing and intently playing well. After about an hour they lost interest, but that is longer than most toys get out of them. Overall, it's a good toy

Always visable,no hunt involved
Just recieved the toy today and couldn't wait to put the batteries in and let my cat Sophie go wild.Well that didn't happen.The mice stay in the same place going back and forth.Pretty boring.It should have a mouse or two going in the stump and peeking out of one of the other openings.But this toy the mice are always visible.Where is the hunt in that?If shipping costs are not to high Imwill be returning this item.

highly recommended toy
Several of our cats absolutely loved this toy. They obviously have great attention spans. I would recommend this to anyone to stimulate and amuse their cats (as well as their owners)

Low to middling
It works, but the motion isn't enough to hold the cats' interest very long. If the tail on the top were more random, and perhaps if the mice were fur-covered instead of hard plastic, they might be more engaged for a while...

Cat doesn’t care
This was not an exciting toy for our cat, it was boring to him. I took it to my parents and we turned it on for their geriatrics cat who just laid on the floor and lazily swatted at the mice coming in and out. Such a disappointing toy for our cat.

Brewed some interest but not the most engaging
This is an interesting toy that did work for our cats. What appears to be whack a mole, ends up with less mystery. Had the mouse went in completely hidden for a few more seconds or in a varied time, more cats would universally be intrigued by this product. Cat owners know this, what works is variation, dramatics, mystery, and jumpy motions. With those in mind, this is quite a basic product that is somewhat pricey. I think perhaps a timer mode, some different noises would be a fun toy for cats. I like it since it does work for us, but as some reviewers noted, it might be interest your cats much at all.

Expensive
Unfortunately our cat is not enamoured with this toy. I thought it would be a hit but it is not. Also noisy and hard to turn off and on. A remote control would have been better

Excellente idée, par contre la vitesse serait à revoir, mes chats délaissent le jouet après 10 minutes, et ce, même si je le mets à la vitesse maximale.
