Not a good idea

I probably should have listened to the other reviews and skipped this one. I ended up returning it after a couple of attempted uses. The main issues I had were the length and the ergonomics/placement of the handles. The strap itself was very short, stopping in a very uncomfortable position around my collar bones. To make it worse the handles sat at an angle that squeeze your hands and the handle close to the neck, and the ergonomics and position of the handle under load will cause the pain in the extensor tendons, especially if you have longer levers/forearms.

Nice to have at the gym

I love it but wish instead of a D-Ring for the clip on the machine, they had used something round. I replaced that as it kept slipping. The handles seem cheap when I first got it but they do okay. I use it for lat pull-downs, seated pulls, ab workouts, etc. Used for a several months now and holding up good. I think the first failure point will be the single strap where the D-ring goes. But for this price, well worth it and just get a replacement when it goes.

Not bad for the price

Not a huge fan of this product because of the way it feels, but that's more of a personal preference than anything. It does what it's supposed to do, and it feels decently built. Next time around I'd probably buy something a little bit better structured.

The strap is not incredibly comfortable and irritates my neck. I have to put a towel around my neck to use it, but it gets the job done.
