Best looking cup and great customer service

We received the cups few days ago, they looked perfect. Size is on the bigger size but it’s great for heavy coffee drinker. There’s hairline crack in one of the cup on the inner glass, but replacement were made almost immediately. Would definitely recommend to buy, the only regret I have is not buying the handle less bodum set

Great pack

I don't really know about other brands, but love Bodum. These 10-ounce mugs come in the perfect size for a coffee anytime. I'd recommend this pack for gift, there's no way to miss with this. About the cleaning, I manually was my dishes, so I'd say the mug is easy to clean but kind of a tricky one, these are double glass, so I'd recommend handling them with extra care to avoid any accident.

Does the mug actually do what it promises to do?

The mugs arrived well packaged. They seem to be made of quality glass. Look good and very light. Very easy to clean. I didn't try to clean them in the dishwasher, I only wash them by hand. The double glazing definitely does its job in insulating the heat/cold. There is no doubt that the mug does what the seller says. Recommended

Love these!

We wanted to replace all our ceramic dishes to glass to reduce any lead possibility and other toxins in our life so we found the 15 oz version of this mug at Costco in a 4 pack and loved them. We then got these and they were just as great. Handle feels comfortable in the hand, there's no seam in the glass like some other high end glass mugs we tried and it does well to keep hot liquids hot! They're also lighter then ceramic mugs and are just overall a really great mug.

Bodum glasses are the best!

These coffee mugs are perfect for hot (or cold) beverages. Because of the double wall construction, liquids maintain their temperature longer. The glass is fairly sturdy — I've accidentally clashed cups while washing without breakage, but I did break a cup by dropping it in the sink. I now have plastic sink mats, which solves that risk. The glasses are dishwasher-safe, but I don't want them to get cloudy after a number of washings, so I prefer to wash by hand.

Dishwasher only didn’t remove coffre film

I wanted to get something that didn’t get stained like porcelain mugs. I thought these would work. They don’t stain but when I put them in the dishwasher without using a scrubber on the inside first they come out looking foggy. Also when you take a sip liquids tend to dribble down the outside of the cup.

pretty but handles little big

i ordered for the mid size of 10oz. I prefer this size when serving from coffee pot. the shape and size of handle is not very ergonomic. it is such a rounded shape as opposed to elongated the cup will tilt.

Belle prise en main et bonne dimension. En plus de conserver la chaleur à cause des doubles parois, je dépose la tasse sur une plaque chauffante et ça ne cause aucun problème avec la soupape de silicone sous la tasse. Je recommande.

Excellent cup

It keeps the coffee warm especially if equipped with a cover. The glass is nicer to drink from than the usual mug. This is a repeat purchase for me which tells you something.
