Great Style for Price

These stools are nice looking with an attractive style. They were just right for my needs. Assembly was easy but a bit time consuming. It was nice that they provided needed tool and extra screws. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Best customer support

I had a rubber seal go bad, called support, a human picked up!!! and they send me replacement parts that arrived in 2 days. Cannot recommend this company enough. In terms of the product, people like to swivel in the chair and bash into the counter so there are lots of chips on the finish where you can see the engineered wood underneath. It's hard to make those robust and stop people from hitting the chair I'd also like to have a thicker foot rest so it's more comfortable with bare feet I'd buy this again

Ordered same chair 2x and got 2 different styes

I ordered the chair expecting it to match the picture & discrimination. The first chair arrived and was exactly as shown, we liked it and clicked order again and the next chair came in different. It has a lower back and extra curve in the wood. I actually like it better and would like another but am unsure how to request that since it…

I loved it until - very wobbly and whatever holds it still just cracked, then unusable

When the pandemic hit and I started working from home fulltime I tried to set up an office space for myself. I don't have a dedicated office so I used the bar in my kitchen. It's a little high and the barstools I have don't lend themselves to sitting around for hours, like a work day. I first tried standing sometimes, etc. But, ultimately, my joints started to suffer - I have concrete floors. So, I bought this stool and it was perfect - height adjustable, foot support, comfy. But, it didn't take long before it started wobbling right where it goes into the base. It's not a solid piece. The support pole is inserted into the base and fixed in place with some small welded/soldered braces. These weakened. Welp, just this past week it finally gave up the ghost and it's unusable. I might try to see if I can put something in the base to make it steady. But at the moment, you can't sit in it. For about $120 I would've thought I could get years out of this, not 1 year. So, I have to down rate it.

Very comfy - a bit squeaky

This chair is amazing for my work set-up at home. I converted a bar table into a mini-desk, and this chair has made the entire office a more comfortable experience. There is a bit of a squeak when it turns without weight in it, but when I'm sitting on it, the issue seems to go away.

Good purchase

We bought this stool for our grand daughter to use while doing remote learning and she uses it all the time she is with us. Seems to be sturdy and attractive. Would be even better if it came in a lower height.

Qualité et rapidité de livraison

Nous en avons acheté deux pour placer à notre îlot de cuisine. Ils sont très confortable. Belle qualité. La livraison a été plus rapide que prévue. En 5 jours nous les avons reçus. Nous avions vu le même modèle sur le site internet d’un magasin d’ameublement près de chez-nous. Il n’y en avait plus en stock pour le moment. J’ai décidé de regarder sur Amazon et WoW! Surprise, ils sont beaucoup moins cher sur Amazon. En magasin 2 tabourets nous revenait à plus de 1000$ et sur Amazon à 518$.
