Love, love, love!
I love these boots so much. They're so comfortable and take no time to break in, they're ready and comfortable to wear right out of the box. These boots are also perfect if you have a wider calf like I do. I struggled for so long to find a wide calf friendly boot and these are it!

Came scuffed up
I was disappointed when I opened the box to see them already scuffed up and with some discolored spots. Now I know these are boots and will get scuffed, scratched and dirty as I wear them. However I had to purchase these to wear in a wedding so would have preferred them to not be covered in these marks as soon as I took them out of the box. Otherwise boots seem as described.

Great kick around boot
I would have given them a five if they would have been the color shown and described but it's the dark brown foot and not the distressed brown foot and also has a chocolate shaft and not the fudge shaft listed. I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them because of the color but I have several other pair of fatbabys which are extremely comfortable doing chores or running errands. I tried to post a couple pictures so you could see the difference in colors but it won't let me. I have other boots which are also Ariat including a distressed brown because Ariat is my boot of choice. If my store would have had my size in stock several months ago I would have gotten the color shown and described. I was very excited to see Amazon had them in stock but VERY DISAPPOINTED in the coloring I received which is not the color I saw in a real life store. I will try to add a picture or two as an update later.

Nice boots
Ariat Fatbabys are my go-to boot for work, and going to town, whether shopping or meeting friends. I appreciate that I can order my size and they always fit. They are very comfortable to wear. I certainly recommend Ariat Fatbabys.

Darker than pictured, must distress them over time
First two pictures are right out of the box. Last is after 2 days of wearing them. They don't come distressed and are in fact very dark but over time they will become lighter. I already knew this would happen from past experiences buying this brand of boots but I always end up loving them after breaking them in a little bit. They're beautiful and the most comfortable boot I have ever had. Just expect them to come dark and they'll lighten up with wear.

Very comfortable.
Beautiful boots. I love the blue stitching. Fit very well. Last time I had a pair of Fat Baby I order half a size up as recommended by other reviews but they were too big. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. My horses are in field far from the yard and they were comfortable from day one to walk in.
