One arrived where all the contents leaked out into the plastic bag it was packaged in. Wasted money.

The product itself is terrific. I’ve had shipments that arrived leaking. I buy locally now.

3 star rating only relates to problems getting the product shipped in good condition. Maintain for ponds is a terrific all in one water treatment. When combined with the auto dosing system, it is worry free. I just set my calendar reminder for 25 days (average duration of the 32 oz packet for my 2,500 gallon pond) Change out is super simple. Unscrew the empty packet (black knob) and remove the white plastic tube. Open the new packet by removing the white cap and thread the tube into the new packet. It takes several firm turns to seat well. For a new packet, press the “X2” button on the auto-doser until it flashes. This will give you a good start up for the new package.

Super easy and effective

We've live in the Las Vegas area and have had a pond for years. No matter what, during the extreme heat we would struggle with algae. Since we installed the auto dosing system and switched to using Aquascape pond chemicals, our pond is nice and clean. Spot problems have been easily resolved. I highly recommend their entire pond system.

Got a faulty bag

I ordered and put it away until I needed it. Unfortunately the bag had leaked everything rendering the product useless and a waste of $. My luck the return window just closed. I will update the rating if the seller reaches out to replace. If it remains one star then you know accountability didn’t happen.
