I Iike it

It works for my thin hair. It makes it a little thicker without making it mate. It still shines but looks thicker. That’s what I wanted. This is a product for me.

Not a heavy hairspray

Very sticky

Can't say I like this, very sticky like putting honey in your hair. Makes it look wet to me and doesn't hold.

Pretty good

This hairspray is pretty good. It's a soft, flexible hold for flyaway hairs. It helps with my static-y hair from hats. I haven't tried it on updos yet, but I don't get the sense it helps set sculpted designs in place.

Not the greatest scent!

I just got this and have only used it a couple times so far. I had to switch from my favorite aerosol hair spray because for some reason it started causing my scalp, ears, neck, chest and arms (pretty much any exposed skin it came in contact with to turn beet red with a burning sensation. The Andalou hair spray to the rescue. I live in Fl. where the humidity is out of control, but this seems to hold up pretty well. One star removed because - the scent isn't so great.

Doesn't Do What I Was Looking For

I'm in the process of switching to cleaner beauty products, including hairspray. Personally, I need something with a stronger hold for my curly hair and unfortunately this is not the product for that. I had a feeling that it wouldn't work when I purchased it, so I'm not surprised. I do wish it worked for my hair since it has good ingredients and I really enjoy the brand. It does smell nice and could see if working on finer hair than mine.

Dribbles rather than sprays

Firstly; As others have said the bottle arrived without a protective cap, so area around pump seemed a bit sticky. Spray was more like several solitary squirts/dribbles, so was unable to use it as I would a 'normal' hairspray. Smell was pleasant enough, but couldn't really judge its effectiveness as a hairspray. All in all a bit of a shame, as I'm trying to find a useable alternative to toxic hairsprays on the market.

Surprisingly great product!!!!

I bought this because I had run out of my Aveda hairspray and the replacement wasn’t going to arrive in time. I got it because it’s listed as cruelty free even though I thought how can this type of spray work as a hairspray? Desperate I used it and I absolutely love the stuff!!! It works great for smoothing my fly away ends in when my hair is in a ponytail and when I’ve finished blow drying my hair I spritz a bit on and it gives my hair a non sticky texture I like. It even seems to help it keeps a nice finish when it’s drizzling. I’m converted from Aveda and at a fraction of the price. Very happy.

I'm so sorry to rate this product so poorly. For years i've used Aubrey Organics Natural Missst (Firm Hold) Hair Spray but sadly it's been discontinued - a pump action spray, it held my fine hair in place very well and yet it brushed out so easily. I've been researching very hard to find replacement and really thought that this was it - until I tried it. It's a very good pump action and whilst it did hold my hair fairly well, it was very difficult (even 'uncomfortable') to brush out and felt quite 'sticky' and lots of hair came out with it. I no longer use this product. I did contact the producers and they suggested other sprays in their range, but I think that I have found an alternative (albeit 3x the price) but I am happy with it as I feel it best suits that best suits my needs.

Fantastic product

I’m very impressed by this! I’ve been attempting to eliminate as many nasty toxins from my lifestyle as poss - conventional hairspray being one of them. This is high quality & does exactly what it’s supposed to. I will definitely be buying this again & again!

Provides support even against rollercoasters

I use a light spray on my fringe each morning and even after some of the most high speed rollercoasters at universal and Disney world, the fringe was still looking pretty good! Very happy.
