Size Matters…

This Amazon combination lock box is roomier than RPNB’s 10x7x2 strong box. Amazon’s can fit a S&W MP .22 and 9 mil Equalizer with plenty of room for mags. It’ll likely fit a full size 9 mil and a .22- try different configurations. Can’t close the RPNB as its lock catch is too close to the mag well with both aforementioned S&W guns inside, despite trying varied positioning. Amazon’s included cable is beefier as well. Overall this box isn’t a gun safe, though resistant to prying with a screwdriver. Honolulu’s new City gun ordinance requires using locked boxes when driving to/fr ranges, and unloaded guns locked in storage while car is unoccupied.

Easy to use

I am traveling out of country and wanted to be able to lock up my passport and an extra credit card in my vehicle so this is a perfect answer to my need. Easy to loop cable around and anchor to car so it is available and easy to use and protect my stuff.

Sturdy Low Cost Peace of Mind

This is a great safe for the money. The locking mechanism is secure and the metal is robust. It comfortably fits in nightstand drawers and the cable lock provides added security.

Pretty solid, good form factor, weak lock.

I like that it has the cable, which you can tie to things, to secure the box. The lock is pretty weak, so you dont want it to be stolen. It has a lot foam inside, but if those are in you cant put much in. Would not trust much values to it, but cannprevent snatch and grab also you can keep stuff like medicines safe from kids

Better storage for Cryptocurrency SeedPhrases and other valuable items

I was looking for somewhere to keep my cryptocurrency seed phrase aside from writing it on a piece of paper. Most of the stuff I found online is pretty expensive, and I found this a better replacement to keep seed phrases and more rooms to store items. It fits nicely in the desk draw and is very sturdy, and lock features are straightforward to understand.

Excellent security

As a contractor that moves around the country, I prefer to keep valuables in safe place wherever I stay. I've had various safe boxes in the past but this is the best by a long way. I had one similar to this but it was only thin steel and the combination lock broke. This is easily a millimetre thick steel and I chose a key lock. The key is the square type used in a lot of car ignitions so strong. Thick coated steel cable as well to secure the box. Definitely recommend.
