Works good

I’ve had 2 of these now. My first one had some technical errors where it would randomly beep and lock on its own. Amazon made it right and sent another and no issues. It would be nice if it was Alexa enabled or if I was able to connect to an app for it, but overall it works and we don’t have to worry about forgetting keys and locking ourselves out

Fácil instalación

Es ligero y de fácil instalación, el material parece durable. Utiliza muchas baterías. El único detalle que no me gusta es que la pantalla exterior demora en mostrar los números de bloqueo/desbloqueo.

Looks great as long as the sun doesn't hit the keypad

We bought this keypad for one of our properties. The door is inside but the Sun shines in the afternoon for about an hour. Whenever this happens, the keypad does not work and the lock keeps getting stuck. We installed another lock in another door where the sun does not shine and do not have this issue.

Not bad for the price

Easy install, a bit of trouble to add codes etc but it’s worth the money. I needed mine same day so this worked if I had the choice again I would have waited a day for a WiFi one that has an app and you can do it all from phone. But, still not bad for the money and it does work

Looks great and easy to use

Got this for the door between the garage and our house. Install was a little confusing (the gold plate in particular) but we were able to figure it all out. Looks great. The keypad can be annoying because I feel like I have to touch it 3-5 times for it to become active. But once active, works perfectly fine. I’d recommend this product.

touch screen sucks

I originally purchased this July 2022 and within a few days some of the numbers on the touchscreen would not light up. If you up in the pin and some of the numbers weren't lit up it would not unlock the door. you have to change the batteries out every month. I got a replacement and I am still having the same issues.
