Arrived broken twice

Beautiful ornament; however, after the first one arrived with detached antlers, I ordered a replacement; the second one arrived in the exact condition, detached antlers.

Adorable, but colour not as shown

This is a beautiful ornament, although it is, in my opinion, very overpriced. It is also a bit smaller than I expected, and the colours are definitely not as shown. The face is in fact chocolate brown, and the ears & antlers are a medium-dark grey. I don't mind, I even like it better this way, the dark colours make a good counterpoint to the lighter colours of the rest of the set. But you might be disappointed when you see it in real life.
