Best Filter Short of a Cartridge Respirator

Works well when using chlorine products. It doesn't filter out 100%, maybe 95 or more%, because occasionally, I can smell the chlorine coming through, although at a much-reduced level. I use this when using the charcoal grill to filter out the smoke, and again, it's largely successful. I also use the regular 3M valved filter, which is good for cleaning dusty places or mowing the lawn, but when you need to actually remove odors, this is pretty good. I also have the cartridge respirators, which I would use around more dangerous vapors. Overall, very good product to make work with nuisance odors more tolerable.

Works fine. Elastic bands already stretched out.

I can't use mine anymore because the elastic bands have no more elasticity. I only used a few times.

Works well, comfortable to wear

I used this to protect myself from polyester resin smell when doing an art project. If you don't want to wear a full on respirator, these 3M masks are a reasonable choice. The masks mitigated the smell almost completely and I am sure provide good protection, especially for occasional use when handling high VOC products or dealing with obnoxious smells.

comfortable, does work in cutting down smells.

I bought this in hopes to aid me in being a caretaker to my parents, mainly in tending to my father.. my father cannot walk let alone stand anymore and is wearing adult wraps.. issues I have to deal with is bathing, and daily care to clean up leaks and BM, I myself cannot clean them w/o having a reflex. The masks I bought greatly reduce to smells but not to 100%, 90% reductuion at least, I still have my reflexes but they're not nearly as strong or often. overall I am pleased with the masks.. wish I had them 31 years ago when I started to care for my parents.

Good but complicated...

It doesn't have some opening control, and I thought maybe it's returned stuff, but it looks like new. Next, mask fits good and feels comfortable. Big issue is short elastic bands. But I'm gonna change it. In the end, I decided to keep the masks. I think, that among regular masks these masks are more strong and comfortable. Next is only a respirator.

Cerca de mi trabajo hay una alcantarilla que apesta y que me molestaba todos los días. Está más mascarilla es buena opción para quienes no aguantamos los olores de la ciudad.

Muy útil, yo lo uso cuando manejo soluciones de uñas (tóxicas). Bloquea bien los vapores de esas soluciones.
