Best cheap replacement blades out there
I've been buying these off and on every few years instead of getting my blades sharpened at the local hardware store. For me it's worth it and the price is good. Blades last me for 2 seasons without issues.

Need balanced
I planned on putting these on my deck and running, however i just bought s high dollar wall mount balancer, firgured i might as well check them, after removing stickers, two of the three blades were fine, third blade needed substantial grinding to get it balanced, kinda surprized me

Great blade to replace original manufacturer. Better than mulching.
I don't write a lot of reviews, though I do read a lot of them. But I felt compelled to clarify some misconceptions about these blades versus mulching blades. I have a 48" Craftsman lawn mower that needed new blades. So last year a purchased and tried a set of mulching blades, the type with the turned up ends which are the most prevalent type of replacement blades sold on Amazon these days. What I found was that those mulching blades did a much better job than my old, worn out blades. But there were some downsides. The blades spun slower. I could tell by the noise/frequency. And those turned up mulching ends worked like a gigantic fan. I have a 1 acre lot and parts of my lot are more shaded with less grass. When mowing those areas, these blades churned up so much dust and debris that I'd sometimes have to hold my breath and close my eyes while driving through a huge cloud. But the net result in the middle of summer when the lawn is nice and thick was trails of grass clumps continuously behind. I'd have to go over most of the yard two or three times to spread out the grass clippings. After switching to these blades I've found the trail of grass clippings to be DRAMATICALLY reduced. Not quite eliminated, but much less. I can also mow over dirt and debris without churning up a huge cloud of dust. Finally, the faster blade speed and not having to go over the same areas more than once resulted in much cleaner cuts on the grass blades. So my lawn is more green the first day or two after mowing because the tops of the grass blades are frayed and shredded. The bottom line is that I am MUCH happier with these non-mulching blades. Yes the clippings are a little longer - but this still disappear into the yard just the same. The mulching blades do yield much finer clippings. But I'll take that trade-off. These blades seem like high quality. Nice and thick. They should last a long time and survive multiple sharpening later as they get older. But I won't be able to really comment on that for a few more mowing seasons.

These did not stand up as well as others -
Less mowing this year and these blades are shot. Because of the lack of rainfall we mowed about 1/3 as much as normal. I normally replace the blades each year as they have a tough life. Noticed that these were not cutting as well early on. I am getting ready to put the mower away for the season, and I got a good look at these blades. They are worn out, because of this, they do not have the lifting power they should and the cutting edge is toast. I expect that to happen during a normal mowing season. A bit surprised that these are not standing up this year. I am looking for a better alternative.

These blades are too soft.after
After one season of mowing grass the blades got completely blant and edge dented. Much worse that the originals supplied with the Husqvarna mower. The steel is a low quality, soft.

Very good purchase
The blades fit perfectly in our husqvarna YTH24v48 deck. Our lawn tractor never mowed the grass as good as it is doing now!
